Position: Sales Rep

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on external sales network

  • continuously develop new customers and build relationship with different kind of contractors.

  • Achieve appropriate sales targets.

  • Actively identify and build relationships with contractors and retail customers in the sales process

  • Continuously update and validate understanding of customer’s requirements.

  • Effectively uses company tools and resources to promote, present and actively assist the customer during the sales process.

  • Actively represents company in relevant exhibitions and functions

  • Provides the necessary products updates and relevant business content to differentiate our product from its competitors while maintaining or exceeding customer’s expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ (3) years of sales in remodeling or related field.

  • Understand and have personal opinion about kitchen & bath market. 

  • Track record of developing and implementing successful Value Selling strategies

  • Great communication skills. Good at developing and maintaining customer relationship.

  • Full of working enthusiasm

  • Competence with office software applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Quickbooks.

  • Bilingual in Spanish& English
